The North East’s most prestigious fashion event, Northumbria University’s 2019 Catwalk Show took place yesterday at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art.
The fashion industry’s newest graduates showcased their collections for the first time… And, what a show it was!
We were lucky enough to have 30 of our models involved and we are sure you’ll agree they look amazing.
Emma Jane Goldsmith, Senior Lecturer in Fashion at Northumbria University said, “This year the Northumbria University BA Hons Fashion students presented 40 collections on the catwalk and in an exhibition at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art.”
“We continue to work closely with Tyne Tees models to ensure that the collections are shown penultimately at their best both during this final presentation and in the development and fitting process during the year. On show day the models spend the day with us, preparing behind the scenes as well as walking in three consecutive shows, they are always extremely professional and a joy to work with.”
