Sustainability Policy

1. Our Commitment

At TTM Management, we believe the fashion and creative industries have both the power and responsibility to drive meaningful environmental and social change. As a forward-thinking, inclusive talent agency based in the North East of England, we are committed to operating ethically, reducing our environmental impact, and championing diversity, equity and wellbeing across everything we do.

Sustainability for us means balancing environmental responsibility, social inclusion, economic integrity, and long-term community impact.

2. Our Sustainability Principles

We are guided by five core principles:

Environmental Responsibility – Reducing our carbon footprint and waste.
Ethical Practice – Acting with integrity and transparency.
Diversity & Inclusion – Championing representation and equal opportunity.
Wellbeing & Safeguarding – Protecting the physical and mental health of our talent.
Community Impact – Supporting and strengthening the North East creative economy.

3. Environmental Responsibility

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint. We will:

Encourage remote castings and digital submissions to reduce travel.
Promote public transport, lift-sharing, and low-emission travel for staff and talent.
Work with clients to minimise unnecessary travel and overproduction.
Operate as a primarily paperless agency.
Use renewable energy suppliers where possible.
Choose sustainable office supplies and recycled materials.
Minimise single-use plastics at castings and events.
Implement responsible waste and recycling systems.

4. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

As an inclusive agency, we believe sustainability must include social equality. We will:

Represent models across all ages, sizes, ethnicities, genders, abilities and backgrounds.
Maintain zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.
Provide equal opportunities in scouting, development and bookings.
Ensure fair and transparent pay practices.
Work with clients who value authentic, diverse representation.
We recognise that diverse representation is not a trend; for us, it is a responsibility.

5. Model Welfare & Safeguarding

The wellbeing of our talent is central to our sustainability strategy.

We commit to:

Upholding strict safeguarding procedures, particularly for under-18s.
Promoting healthy body standards and rejecting harmful industry practices.
Advocating for reasonable working hours and fair treatment.
Comply with UK employment law and best practice standards.

6. Supporting the North East Community

As a North East-based agency, we are committed to:
Championing local photographers, stylists, creatives and production teams.
Partnering with regional educational institutions and creative networks.
Creating accessible pathways into modelling for underrepresented communities.
