Meet the faces behind the scenes. TTM is a small group of professional, passionate and highly motivated individuals who are ready to help you with any talent booking. We pride ourselves on our reliability and our friendly approach which helps us maintain good relationships with the models and talent we represent. Lesley

Managing Director
My role consists of overseeing TTM and the team every day, welcoming new models & talent onto our books, connecting with clients and chief party planner. A fun fact about me is: that I started TTM in 1994, after running my own shoe shop and market stalls, I have been with my Husband Paul for 30+ years and have 4 children and 7 grandchildren up to now!

Kelly

Head Booker
I oversee bookings with the booking team to ensure bookings run smoothly and negotiate model fees with clients to win business for the agency and models represented. I also manage the development and mainboard models. A fun fact about me is: I am a huge David Attenborough lover!

Mickaela & Red

General Manager & Team Mascot
My role as General Manager means no two days are the same! I support the team with talent bookings, handle our model applications, update our model profiles and anything else that helps the team get through the day. A fun fact about me is: that I can juggle! My role as office Team Mascot is to make sure everyone has a great day and my fun fact is: that I love stealing people's lunch off their desks or their bag!

Liam

Accounts Manager
I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the Accounts for TTM Management. A fun fact about me is: that I am a massive NUFC supporter and a lover of a cheeky Greggs Breakfast!

Millie

Head Photographer & Booker
I am the In House Photographer here at TTM Management photographing our models, new faces and juniors. I am also a model booker which means each day is very diverse. I’m either in the studio shooting or working alongside the booking team. A fun fact about me is: that I’ve met Micheal Buble and served him a burger!

Kelisha

Influencer Manager
I oversee our Influencer division here at TTM and manage all influencer collaborations & campaigns with clients and brands. A fun fact about me is: that I am super good at accents!

Holly

Assistant Photographer & Content Creator
I am currently studying a Level 3 content creator apprenticeship, aiding in the creation of social media for the TTM platforms. Whilst also pursuing my love for photography, taking our model polaroids and organising/creating test shoots of my own in our in house studio. A fun fact about me is: that I'm a huge Swiftie!

Alexa

Junior Booker & Content Creator
I am currently doing a Level 3 content creator apprenticeship so I work with others to plan and create all social media content for our social media platforms. I also assist with Model bookings and help clients find the perfect/suitable model for their booking. A fun fact about me is: that I love travelling, and I collect bottle openers from every country I go to!
