Over the past few months we have caught up with so many of our amazing Junior Models for update photoshoots in the studio. We have also welcomed a selection of fantastic new faces who impressed us on our recent test shoot days.

To apply on behalf of your child, please go to our website; www.ttmmanagement.co.uk and click the ‘Join Us’ section at the top of the page. You then click on Junior applications and here you can read all the information about the application process, costs and what to expect. You do not need to have professional imagery to apply, a clear headshot and full length will be great.

The application process:
Once we have received an application for your child, the team will assess and decide whether we feel there is potential for your child to secure work within our agency.
Regardless of the decision, our team aim to respond to applications within 24-48 hours. If successful at the application stage, we would then invite your child in for a test shoot with our in-house photographer, Emma, at a studio in Newcastle City centre.
We love having the opportunity to meet with parents and prospective kids, to introduce them to our agency and the opportunities we can provide. It’s also a great opportunity to assess how comfortable your child is in front of the camera and in the studio environment. We also consider how they interact with the photographer, how well they take direction and most importantly, if they are enjoying themselves.
What happens next?
Once we have met with you and your child for a test shoot, we then take the imagery back to the agency and begin to edit. We aim to send back the imagery choices and decision within 2 weeks of your photoshoot. If we feel we would be unable to secure work for your child – we will let you know and send you the contact sheets from the shoot to choose your 4 favourite images. If your child is successful in gaining a place on our books, we will let you know and the team will choose the strongest 4 images, which we then use to make their profile on our website. You have the choice of purchasing additional imagery, if you’d like.
Costs:
The test shoot costs £75 (inclusive of VAT). This covers the shoot and editing of 4 professionally retouched digital images. TTM Management, unlike many other agencies do not charge joining/registration fees or consultation fees. If your child is selected by the agency, the professional images from their test shoot will be used to produce model cards and their profiles will be added to our website for representation. The charge for this service is £45.00 (inclusive of VAT).
We ask parents and models to keep us updated at least every 6 months with recent imagery. You do not have to pay for a professional photoshoot to keep your child’s profile up to date. We do offer the opportunity to book in if you wish, but clear headshots and full length shots are also great.
It is important to understand that there are no guarantees in modelling. As an agency we take 25% commission from all work secured through us, we put models forward for assignments however it is the client who decides which model he or she would like to use. With our guidance your child should work however as we do not have the final say we cannot guarantee bookings.
